Chequessett Neck Road winds among trees and tall grasses from the colonial fishing village of Wellfleet to the bay side of the Outer Cape. The house itself is about a stone's throw from the bay, a short bike ride (or jog) from town, and a quick drive to lake swimming and ocean swimming and surfing. 350 Chequessett Neck Road Wellfleet, MA 02667 DIRECTIONS Once you are over the Sagamore Bridge and on Cape Cod's Route 6, the main and only highway that traverses Cape Cod top to bottom, stay on Route 6 East for 36 miles through the Roundabout (or "Circle") at Orleans. Take the second exit off the Orleans Roundabout which will keep you on Route 6 East headed for Provincetown. At about 11 miles farther, you will see a Cumberland Farms store on your right and that means you are about to reach the traffic light at the turn for Wellfleet's Main Street off Route 6. Turn left onto Main Street and follow Main Street down through Wellfleet village for about 0.7 miles. At the bottom of the hill when you have just passed through the heart of the village, turn left onto Holbrook Avenue. Take the first right off Holbrook: this is Chequessett Neck Road. Follow Chequessett Neck Road for about 0.6 miles, bearing left at the one spot where you encounter a fork. After the fork you will be headed up over a hill, near the top of which you will see a sign that says "Hidden Drive."
