The Cape House is available for rent in August (and possibly through Labor Day) for one week or more at a time. The weekly rate is $2,100 per week. A rental week begins at 2PM on a Saturday and ends at 10AM the following Saturday. To find out about a particular week, please call (617) 794-9261.
